Private lessons

Private lessons are one-on-one time with a specialist on your student’s instrument. 82% of the Leander Band is in private lessons. Private lessons are NOT tutorials or remediation. They are enrichment that will allow your student to get the most out of their band experience. Most lessons take place during a child’s band class or before or after school.

Twisted reimagines the film scores of Bernard Herrmann for the marching field, from the shrieking strings of Psycho to the hypnotic spirals of Vertigo. Follow the design of the show as it comes to life through the fall.

Leander Band 5K

The fourth annual Leander Band 5K was held on Saturday, April 25th. The mission of the race is to assist in fundraising efforts for the Leander HS Band Program.
