Leander Band
Boosters

A parent-run 501(c)(3) dedicated to the support and success of the Leander High School Band. If your student is in the band, you are already part of it.

Why we exist

Financial muscle, parent hands

The boosters provide financial assistance, encourage parental involvement, and supply adult volunteers across every area of the Leander Band, its directors, and staff. The mission is to support the program and to promote engagement, good sportsmanship, and pride in our students and directors in everything they do.

Get involved

Volunteer with the band

Uniforms, props, meals, water, chaperoning, pit crew, photography: a marching program runs on parent hours. There is a job for every schedule and comfort level.

Step one

Get district approved

Every volunteer must be an approved volunteer through Leander ISD before working with students. The application takes a few minutes and is good for the year.

Apply with LISD ↗
Step two

Tell the boosters

Once you are approved, email the booster president with what you would like to help with and roughly when you are free. You will be matched to a crew.
